White Sorghum,
Milk powder,
Jaggery,
Vanilla powder,
Oat flour,
Carrot powder
Strawberries,
Baking powder,
Baking soda,
Salt
Preparation
* Take 1 cup strawberry pancake batter and mix it well with 1/4 cup water (mix to the consistency of dosa batter)
* Pour the batter into a hot dosa pan and add some ghee on it
* Cover with a tight lid and cook for 3 - 5 minutes, then flip it over
Cooking Instruction
* Take 1 cup of Strawberry Pan cake a blend well with 1/4 cup of water (Alter the consistency to dosa batter),
* Scoop the batter onto a hot griddle or pan.
* Cove with a lid &Cook for 3 - 5 mins , then flip.
* Continue cooking until brown on both sides.
