* In a bowl, mix 1 cup of beetroot dosa mix with 2 to 2.5 cups of water until you achieve your desired consistency, ensuring there are no lumps.
* Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
* Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
* Drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another minute
